AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Reveal Motion Pictures, concerning your access to and use of the www.revealvideo.vegas website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. Reveal Motion Pictures reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason.
Reveal Motion Pictures will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. You will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement.
Accordingly, those who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.

- Circumventing security features.
- Fraud or misleading conduct.

- Reverse-engineering any software.
- Uploading viruses or malicious code.
MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE
If using a mobile app version of the Site, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer or decrypt the app.
- Use it for commercial purposes.
- Remove proprietary notices.
- Violate any laws.
Apple and Android Devices
Terms specific to app store platforms apply, including:
- You must use the app per App Distributor’s terms.
- The App Distributor is not obligated to provide support.
SOCIAL MEDIA
You may link your account with third-party social media accounts. By doing so, you give Reveal Motion Pictures access to profile content. You may disconnect third-party access at any time.
Reveal Motion Pictures is not responsible for content from linked third-party platforms.
SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback or submissions you provide become the sole property of Reveal Motion Pictures. You waive any moral rights and grant us unrestricted use.
THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
Reveal Motion Pictures is not responsible for content or practices on third-party websites linked via the Site. Use them at your own risk.
SITE MANAGEMENT
Reveal Motion Pictures reserves the right to:
- Monitor for Terms violations.
- Take legal action.
- Restrict or terminate access.
- Remove excessive or burdensome content.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.
TERM AND TERMINATION
Reveal Motion Pictures may terminate your access for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you are barred from re-registering.
MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Reveal Motion Pictures may update, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. It is not liable for any interruptions or downtime.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Informal negotiation is required before arbitration.
- Binding arbitration will follow AAA rules.
- Venue for court proceedings is Clark County, NV.
Exceptions: Intellectual property disputes and injunctions may go to court directly.
DISCLAIMER
The Site is provided “AS IS.” Reveal Motion Pictures disclaims all warranties, and is not liable for errors, viruses, or third-party content.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Reveal Motion Pictures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Reveal Motion Pictures from all claims arising from:
- Your use of the Site
- Breach of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
USER DATA
You are responsible for all data you submit. Reveal Motion Pictures is not liable for loss or corruption of such data.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, you consent to electronic communication and signatures.
