When communicating a story, you need to have structure! Without it, you might be losing potential viewers. Here is an 8-step guide on creating engaging story videos to solve that headache. You'll need an:

• 1). Opening Image. This is a before-picture of the hero you are about to journey with.
• 2). State Your Theme. This can be a form of a question or statement that will give us an idea of what we are about to expect.
• 3). Show What’s Missing. You need to show us what our hero is missing in their life. Again, this hits the point of their “before” story.
• 4). Knock it All Down. Show us that life-altering moment where our hero’s world is flipped on its head.
• 5). Rock Bottom. This is where our hero is mentally beaten, moving them to admit their humility and humanity. Allowing them to release control of their circumstances to fate.
• 6). Discovery. This is where our hero finds hope and discovers the solution!
• 7). The Finale. This is where we see our hero in a new form, applying the lessons they have learned.
• 8). The Final Image. The final image is the opposite of the opening image. It is proof that change has occurred and that it’s real.
